New Construction
Ridgepoint Structural provides full structural engineering services for new construction projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, and public-sector markets. Evaluation and Retrofit
We perform structural evaluations and retrofit designs for existing buildings and infrastructure, including seismic assessments in accordance with and ASCE 41. We provide independent technical peer review and third-party plan review services for municipalities, agencies, and private clients. Ridgepoint’s peer review services are informed by extensive experience as Structural Engineer of Record across a wide range of project types.
Engineering Services During Construction
Ridgepoint offers engineering support throughout construction, including review of shop drawings and submittals, responses to RFIs, evaluation of field conditions, and site observations. We work closely with contractors and owners to resolve unforeseen issues and maintain alignment with design intent. Our construction-phase services help ensure structural systems are implemented safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the contract documents.
